The Flecha Caida Homeowners Association (FCHOA) is a non-profit corporation. Formed in 1968. The Association has reversionary authority to make decisions that maintain and improve the livability of this Catalina Foothills subdivision as delineated in the Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions (CR&R's). Please read the CR&R's for your subdivision.

Voluntary membership is $60.00 annually.

 

The Flecha Caida Board meets at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday each month at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4700 N. Swan, in an available classroom in building F. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting.

Reasonable CR&R variance requests are welcome, but we ask you to contact the Association architect and to have directly affected neighbors sign off your plans before presentation to the Board. Also contact our architect prior to any exterior structural changes or additions to your property;

Board approval is required!

Remember whatever changes you want to make to your exterior of your home or lot, it must be approved by the Association "before" you begin your project.

Real estate signs are not allowed except for temporary "open house" signs that are placed during the time the house is open; signs in violation are removed by our contractor.

Removal of native vegetation is prohibited except for construction areas.

Mailbox Restrictions: All mailboxes in the Flecha Caida subdivisions are required to be painted one color - "Caida Brown" - and have the "Fallen Arrow" as part of the unit.  FCHOA members may E-mail Us a request for free mailbox painting. For details see the page Mailboxes.
