  • Dues for becoming a member of the Association are $60 annually.
  • Dues are not mandatory.
  • CRR’s are enforced regardless of whether a homeowner is a paid member of the Association or not.

  • There are no common areas in the Flechas.
  • Roads are county-maintained.
